(Senior) Legal Counsel SWARCO Group (m/f/d)
Location: Wattens / Tyrol / Austria | Full-time (38,5 h) | Hybrid
Your Challenge
- You will expand the legal team and handle all legal inquiries from group companies in domestic and foreign countries
- Legal guidance and (risk) assessment of projects for the holding company and group companies with internal and external contact
- Cross-functional cooperation with specialist departments of the Group holding company and other stakeholders as a sparring partner on selected legal issues
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts as well as (further) developing sample contracts and templates
- Supervision of proceedings in courts and authorities as well as coordination of external lawyers and consultants
Your Profile
- Completed studies in law
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or legal department of a company
- Experience in an international context and with complex cases
- Business fluency in English
- Advisory skills, ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
- Good analytical skills and pragmatic way of working, hands-on mentality
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly higher than the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
